Director/Founder

Richard is a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Broker with over 13 years of experience in the financial industry. He began his career at Lloyds Banking Group, where he served as a Branch Manager. In 2014, he transitioned to a local independent mortgage company in Sussex, and in 2021, he took the significant step of founding his own brokerage.

Over the years, Richard has cultivated extensive knowledge and valuable connections within the industry, making the decision to establish his own company a natural progression. He offers a comprehensive understanding of both mortgage and protection services, ensuring that clients receive professional guidance throughout the entire process. Richard is committed to providing clear and actionable advice to help clients protect their homes and families.

A lifelong resident of Sussex, Richard enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Laura, and their children.

Tyler Reed

Admin/Paraplanner

Tyler is a highly skilled and CeMAP-qualified professional with over eight years of experience in the property and finance industry. She has held various roles, including Mortgage Broker, Paraplanner, and Business Development Manager, which have enriched her comprehensive understanding of the sector.

Beginning her career as a broker in 2017, Tyler built upon her CeMAP qualifications and extensive knowledge of the property market to establish a strong foundation in mortgage services. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of property buying and remortgaging with a wealth of industry expertise and a positive approach.

In addition to her professional commitments, Tyler is a devoted mother and an accomplished dancer. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and often takes long walks with her Mini Schnauzer, Luna (affectionately known as Nunu).

David Olumefun

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

David is a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser, specializing in providing comprehensive advice on both mortgages and protection services. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, as well as a Business and Management degree from Hope Business School at Liverpool Hope University, where he graduated with Distinction.

David is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to his clients, ensuring they receive not only a great experience but also the best possible advice tailored to their needs.

An active member of his local community, David is deeply involved with his local church. In his spare time, he enjoys quality moments with his wife and children.

Ania Dorochowicz

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

With over 13 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in mortgage advising, Ania brings a people-focused approach to everything she does. Her passion lies in building genuine relationships, earning trust, and always going the extra mile to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Whether it’s a first-time buyer, someone looking to remortgage, or a landlord growing a property portfolio, Ania tailors her advice to fit each client’s individual goals. She simplifies the process, provides honest guidance, and ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Her experience across both financial services and customer-facing roles has taught her the value of clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving—especially when managing complex cases or tight deadlines.

Outside of work, Ania enjoys listening and dancing to Latin music, keeping fit, and spending time in nature. She is happily married and a proud mum to a wonderful daughter—family is at the heart of everything she does.

Daniel Finazzo

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Daniel is a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser with over five years of experience in the financial services industry. His journey has equipped him with valuable insights and a natural talent for helping clients navigate their mortgage and protection needs.

He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients and is dedicated to providing personalised solutions that align with their goals. Daniel believes that clear communication is key to a smooth experience, and he works hard to keep clients informed and at ease throughout the process.

Outside of work, Daniel is a lifelong sports fan who enjoys following football and has recently taken an interest in the NFL. He also spends his free time caring for his two cats, Milo and Noah, which adds a bit of fun and companionship to his busy life.
